December 1, 2004

i2Telecom’s InternetTalker MG-3 cellular-to-VoIP gateway is to be distributed throughout the Asia-Pacific region by Triamis Technology Group.

i2Telecom International, Inc (OTCBB: ITUI) has signed an international distributor agreement with Triamis Technology Group Ltd (TTG), one of the largest wireless broadband network operators in Hong Kong, to market i2’s cellular-to-VoIP bridging products throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

TTG will distribute i2Telecom’s InternetTalker MG-3 VoIP microgateways, and i2 will also provide TTG access to its SIP-based global VoIP network, along with operating support.

The cellular-bridging-to-VoIP feature of InternetTalker MG-3 allows users to access VoIP service from their mobile phones, thereby saving substantially on international mobile calls, the most expensive mobile calls to make.

TTG has already started marketing the InternetTalker MG-3 in Hong Kong and Australia, and it plans to introduce the product in India and other markets in the next several months.

i2Telecom is a low-cost VoIP telecom service provider with operations based in Atlanta, Boca Raton, Redwood City, and China. It controls its own proprietary technology, and outsources its production and service functions.

Its products include the microgateways InternetTalker, Morpheus Voicebox, EVoIP-4310, and VoiceStick, and its revenue model includes prepaid revenue from the sale of these devices, recurring monthly subscriptions, call minute termination fees, and OEM royalties.
